                  Every year Vigan City celebrates Solidarity, today's world Vigan City celebrates heritage cities solidarity, 'Cause  Vigan is now one of the most wonderful cities in the world.

                  In celebrating  the Heritage Cities Solidarity Cultural Festival in September 08 2019, in the morning, the solidarity mass and renewal of pledge to heritage was held at Vigan  Metropolitan Cathedral. While the history of Vigan came alive in astreet dance and solidaroty parade in the afternoon. Everyone did enjoy in the program or the celebration.
